Brief
Golden Spring Tourism Group (hereinafter abbr. as “ Golden Spring Tourism ”or “ The company”) was established in 1993 and has obtained the certificate of ISO9001 in 1998. The company is located in Xiamen, Fujian province of China. The registered capital of the company is 20m Yuan(RMB). As one of top 100 travel agencies in China, Golden Spring Tourism has been authorized with the right of handling the business of tour organizing in Taiwan, outbound & inbound, as well as in Jinmen special for citizens who are normally living outside Fujian Province(remark, Jinmen is still managed by the Taiwan government at the moment). We are travel agency with 5A level of service quality and reputation in Fujian Province, as well as famous branding travel agency in Xiamen. Our company has well-known Brands, such as “Chunhui Xiyanghong”, “Golden Angkor” , “Meiyangyang Holiday”, etc.
The company has developed with high growth since year of 2015, keeping tourism as its primary business, extending the business fields to media advertisement, hotel and catering to achieve group running. Through a string of acquisitions, the company became the key share holder of some companies, such as Xiamen Mingdian Business & Travel Hotel, Xiamen Chunhui Food and Beverage Management Co., Ltd., Xiamen Lvmama International Travel Agency, Fujian Zhongqing International Travel Agency, Lion(Fujian) International Travel Agency and Xiamen Chunhui Tourism Planning and Design Co., Ltd.
Based on the concept of 'tourism + finance', the company has signed strategic cooperation agreements with Everbright Bank of China and Construction Bank of China. The project with Everbright Bank is issuing a credit card under the name of company & Bank. The project with Construction Bank is launching activities of '100 thousand people visiting Jinmen'.
In addition, the company integrates the concept of 'life & traveler', provides convenient service of tourism life, and introduces a comprehensive tourism product---life & traveler suitcase, which allows tourist to travel on the road at once without inconvenience may risen. Through cross-border cooperation, the merchandise within the suitcase is plentiful and renewable timely. The target of the company is to become a comprehensive travel agency with ability of providing a full range of services to tourist.
Milestone
In 2000, the Club of 'Golden Spring Xiyanghong' was set up by the company, most members of the club are senior of age. We have organized many tour activities via tourist train from year of 2000 to 2008. Till now, the number of members in the club is more than 50 thousand people.
From year of 2011 to 2015, the company has chartered round-trip flights between the city of Xiamen, China and Angkor, Cambodia, passengers cumulated onboard are more than 52 thousand people. This project at that moment was a leading action in local tourism industry.
From 2011 to 2016, the company has ranked number one in the Jinmen tourism market, which means the biggest market share of tourists (from mainland China to Jinmen) organized by single travel agency occupied by the company.
The company has been involved in the business of chartered cruise since 2009, the name of chartered cruise is 'Taihua'. In the year of 2016, we have processed 5 voyages of chartering cruise, in the year of 2017 handles 4 voyages(super-large cruise), in the year of 2018 grows to 15 voyages(medium and large cruise), therefore, in the same year, the company ranks number one countrywide, by criteria of continuous voyages and number of passengers on the cruise chartered by single travel agency. The company has a leading market share of cruise, fully reflecting the brand advantages in this market. The number of passengers on the cruise(round trip via Xiamen port) was 160 thousand people in 2018, in which 22 percentage was contributed by the company's cruise chartering business, in other word, total number of 35 thousand passengers on the cruise was customers of the company.
Development strategy
Taking advantage of the rapid development of the domestic tourism industry, sticking to the position of the professional operator of the Taiwan and outbound travel, firmly understanding the national policy, further implementing the business model of the 'wholesale and retail integration, online & offline combination', keeping tourism products as key competitive power, strengthening the human resources management, and further strengthening the cost and the customer's advantages, insisting on the multi-level and multi-channel sales model construction to achieve a large-scale operation system.
